Field trip

When I went to the field I saw lions, rhinos,giraffes, and other endangered animals. When we went there they told us that the purpose of the animals park was to conserve the animals that are threatened, endangered, or nearly getting extinct. On Thursday that night they should us two endangered animals up close. The first one was an owl and when the lady was walking around with the owl it put it's butt up and made a big #2. Th en the other animals that she took out was an alligator and when we touch it the scales on top were rough and at the bottom they were as smooth as a baby's bottom. The next day that was Friday we got to see a animal that came from a dingo or the dingo came from it. My tent group and I went on a 4-d Spongebob ride, it was really cool because we could kind of smell the patties and see the bubbles.Finally there we got to drive boats in the park.

Chaparral

Did you know what type of animals there are in the Chaparral, well I do. The animals that live there are black-tailed jackrabbits, Grey fox,wild goat,spotted Skunk,puma,Isand Grey Fox, cactus wrens, jackals, and wolves. Have you ever seen a spotted skunk before well I haven't seen when except online. Did you know that these plants live in the Chaparrals. They are Torrey pines,Olive Trees, King Protea, Fairy dusters,French Broom, Coyote Brush, Sagebrush,Lebanon cedar,Manzantia, and Mountain Mahogany. Tundra

In the tundra there animals called the grizzly bears,arctic foxes,snowy owls, musk ox,harlequin ducks,ermine, and caribou. The tundra also has sometimes had Caribou fights for dominance or for a women. There are lakes there but they are mostly frozen all the time. There are also 3 types of tundra. The tundras names are called arctic tundra,antarctic tundra, and alpine tundra.

Prairie

Did you know that there is something called the prairie dog that is not actually a dog it is a gopher. Did you also know that the prairie is in the grassland biome. The prairie also has bald eagles,badgers,bobcats,bumble bees,foxes,dogs, and coyotes. The plants there are Dotted Blazing Star, cup plants,compass plants, and little bluestem. Also the prairie has sort of mild weather.

Savanna

Did you know that the winter the savanna has it hot time and the summer time is when it mostly rains a lot that is why they have floods. The animals that live there are merrkats, rhinos, lions, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes also live in the savanna. Did you know that at the that the savanna is south and the parries are north. Depending on the locations they might have different animals, climates, vegetation,and geography.

Desert

The deserts are not all hot some are very cold like the antarctic desert.Deserts can't get so much water because as the temperature lowers the less water can be held.Some animals like the penguin are able to drink salt water. Some animals don't get so hot because they like the owl in the desert they live in cactus to stay cool, also the mouses keep cool by staying under ground here is info about the Desert and please put some comments on mine too.
